Crystal Centro Resort - Ultimate All Inclusive Antalya

The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to attractions like the Duden waterfall. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious with a variety of options every day. The rooms werenice and neat, with great views. The resort had amazing facilities, including a 24/7 bar and live entertainment. The pina coladas were the best!

The hotel was above expectations in terms of price, rooms werenice and neat with older furniture and LCD TVs, food had good variety, pools were clean, outside area was beautiful, best waiter was Oktay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location right on the sandy beach was perfect. I loved being able to enjoy water sports right on the beach. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire. The hotel also had great amenities, including a spa & wellness center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The staff at reception were always helpful and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience here.

I highly recommend this hotel for families. It has everything you need for a great vacation.

Rooms had great views, especially the ones near each other. Good hospitality from Suzan and Mr. Kemal. Clean rooms and delicious food. Enjoyed the stay and would return.

During our Easter break at this resort, we enjoyed the beautiful weather and the clean and pleasant rooms. The amenities, including the pool and the food, were decent and enjoyable. One of the key location facts that we appreciated was the proximity to a fine beach. We were able to relax and soak up the sun without having to go far. the all-inclusive package was a great advantage, as we didn't have to worry about hidden fees or extra charges.

There were some aspects of our stay that we disliked. The entertainment team was terrible, constantly loud and intrusive.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the larger shopping malls nearby. It's a great advantage for solo travelers who enjoy shopping. the hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, making it a hassle-free journey for those coming from abroad. In terms of dining, the main restaurant offers a unique experience compared to other all-inclusive hotels, providing a variety of options for every palate. The rooms are clean and spacious with well-equipped bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of choices, catering to different tastes and preferences. Lastly, some rooms offer beautiful views of the pool or beach, adding an extra touch of relaxation and tranquility to the stay.

It is important to note that some guests have experienced language barriers with the staff, making it difficult to communicate effectively.

We had a fantastic time during our 13-night stay at this hotel in June. This place exceeded our expectations with its high quality and luxurious atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The staff here really went above and beyond to make our holiday excellent. Special thanks to Mahmut Alay and Safiye in the restaurant, who always greeted us with a smile and provided incredible service. We also want to mention our housekeeping staff, Ms Figen Tespi, who was incredibly sweet and attentive to all our needs. The location of this hotel is perfect, close to the airport and within reach of shopping facilities in Antalya. The pools and beach area were clean and well-maintained, offering plenty of relaxation and fun for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.
